For most of pho's history, it has been served in whatever bowl was nearest. Cereal bowls. Pasta bowls. Wrong proportions, wrong height, wrong width for chopsticks.
The Pho Bowl is what the dish was waiting for. A coupe form, 8.5 inches across, 3.5 inches deep. Wide enough for noodles to spread. Tall enough to hold broth and aromatics. Balanced for the hand that eats from it.
Available in Terracotta only at launch. The signature glaze for the signature piece.
